“During the last three years at AmeriFlex, I have attended and presented at
over 35 manager's and territory kickoff meetings. Each is unique and provides
managers and agents with valuable tools and information for the coming year. The
one meeting that stands out to me, above all others, was Zina's manager meeting
held in Portland, Oregon.
The week prior to Zina's meeting, I had
traveled across the country presenting at three different kickoff meetings and
was looking forward to a nice quiet dinner after her session was completed. Most
manager's meetings break around 5:00pm with dinner following. Much to my initial
dismay, not Zina's. Zina had thought outside the box and not only invited her
